The Ferrari 412 is a luxury grand tourer that was produced by Italian automaker Ferrari from 1985 to 1989. It was the last model in the Ferrari 400 series, which began with the Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 in 1972. The improved 412 ran from 1985 to 1989, bringing to an end Ferrari's longest-ever production series.

The 412 was powered by a 4.9-liter V12 engine, which produced 340 horsepower and 312 lb-ft of torque. The engine was mated to a three-speed automatic transmission, which was a departure from Ferrari's traditional manual transmission. The car was capable of reaching a top speed of 150 miles per hour and accelerating from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 6.7 seconds.

One of the most notable features of the Ferrari 412 was its luxurious interior. The car featured a spacious four-seat cabin that was lined with high-quality leather and wood trim. The seats were comfortable and supportive, and the dashboard and center console were ergonomically designed for easy access to all of the car's controls.

In addition to its luxurious interior, the Ferrari 412 was also known for its smooth and comfortable ride. The car featured an advanced suspension system that was designed to absorb bumps and road imperfections, making it an ideal car for long-distance touring.

Despite its luxury features, the Ferrari 412 was still a performance-oriented car. It featured a rear-wheel drive layout and a limited-slip differential, which provided excellent traction and handling. The car also featured four-wheel disc brakes, which provided exceptional stopping power and allowed the driver to control the car's speed with precision.

A total of 576 examples were made. Production ended in 1989 without a direct successor being immediately launched.
Today, its sleek, Pininfarina-designed lines and relatively limited production numbers have made many enthusiasts consider it a classic.

Overall, the Ferrari 412 was a unique and distinctive car that combined luxury and performance in a way that only Ferrari could. Although it was not as popular as some of the company's other models, it has become a coveted collector's item for those who appreciate its unique blend of style, comfort, and performance.

This investment 12-cylinder comes with all the trimmings, but also a project to complete the renovation. A very rare car with 2+2 bodywork and one of the first cars in "modern" Ferrari history with an engine under the front hood. The Ferrari 412 from the second half of the 1980s is the latest evolution of the 365 GT4 2+2, a two-door, fully four-seater coupe that made its debut at the 1972 Paris Motor Show. The relatively sharp lines of the body, while not lacking in style and elegance, did not harmonize well with the shapes of other Ferrari cars offered in the same period, and were the reason why for many years the Ferrari V12 2+2 was perceived as one of the least typical representatives of its brand.

The car is drivable, the engine runs cleanly, the automatic transmission shifts.
